The living area boasts a pot belly stove, just the ticket for those cool winter evenings, plus there is an additional sunroom, which is a fantastic spot to sit in the mornings and soak up the rays. The sunroom also doubles as a third bedroom with a fold out sofa, antique wardrobe and block out blinds. The spacious kitchen and dining area has plenty of storage and bench space, a charming old hutch and dining table. All of the bedrooms and lounge areas are carpeted for added warmth. The bathroom has combination shower / bath, vanity and loo, there is also a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. The house is complete with an outdoor shower (great for rinsing off the salt and sand), lock up garage, and a huge yard with plenty of room for boats / additional cars.
