The Location - Laman Lodge is set on the hill above Nelson Bay and overlooking the marina and harbour. Walk down the hill 300 metres to town for boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes, the marina and Nelson Bay Beach or follow the path 800 metres to family friendly Dutchies Beach for calm water swimming, BBQ's,picnics and a playground. The Apartment - This first floor unit has a large balcony with an outdoor setting, gas BBQ and gorgeous marina views, leading into an open plan, light filled, living area with two ceiling fans, a flatscreen TV and corner lounge plus a sofa lounge, six seat dining table and a fully functional kitchen with a cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a flatscreen TV and the second bedroom has a double bed,a single bed and a ceiling fan. A large renovated family bathroom with a shower (no bath), plus access to an external shared laundry too. Street parking and walk to town, the marina or a coastal walk!
