This well presented 3 bedroom Villa has all the comforts of home including reverse cycle air-conditioning and would suite families wanting to get away from it all. The property has two nice size TV's (one is a smart TV so there wont be any arguments with the kids. The property also features free wifi.
The Village boasts a swimming pool-opening 23/09/2023 and tennis courts, table tennis (rackets & balls to be supplied by guests) and a games room (MUST REGISTER WITH CARETAKER @ UNIT 10). Located right on the beach front in Ledge Point. This property only sleeps 8 guests as per the booking terms and conditions and sorry No Pets. Book now to avoid disappointment.

Ledge Point is a charming fishing village located 10 minutes drive south of Lancelin. Ledge offers beautiful sugary-white beaches stretching for as far as the eye can see. The village was established to service the local cray fishing industry and has evolved into a beautiful beach-side getaway. Ledge offers an interesting mix of traditional and modern beach house, chalet, caravanning and camping accommodation.
This part of WAs coast is recognised internationally as one of the great windsurfing venues. Sport and entertainment in the village centres on the Country Club, with its golf course, bowling greens and tennis facilities.
Just south of the village is where the Dutch East Indies ship, the Vergulde Draeck, or Gilt Dragon, went down after striking reefs in 1646. Some 70 mariners were marooned ashore, never to be rescued.
