BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The three stylish bedrooms, each equipped with premium linen, large wardrobes, and lots of natural light, are sure to provide a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom has its own private balcony, fantastic lake views, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and Smart TV.
The two guest bedrooms are equally comfortable, with a shared family bathroom on the second floor. All bathrooms have luxury toiletries, hair dryers, underfloor heating, and heated towel rails, providing the ultimate in comfort and convenience.

A top-quality pull-out sofa bed located in the living area, can accommodate an additional 2 guests, this is best suited to children (charges apply)
LIVING AREA: The sophisticated open plan living area is located on the ground level complete with comfortable couches, 43" Smart TV with Netflix and cosy gas fireplace. Enjoy the fantastic indoor/outdoor flow onto a private courtyard with seating, directly opposite Queenstown's lakefront.
KITCHEN & DINING: Lake Esplanade Villa’s kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including gas hob and large electric oven, coffee machine, complimentary tea and coffee, as well as cooking oils and spices. This open plan chef’s kitchen has a fantastic island bench space with bar stool seating; perfect for entertaining and overlooks the dining area with seating for 8 guests.
OTHER PRACTICALITIES: Please note that the garage is not available for guest use, but there is one designated off-street parking space for Lake Esplanade Villa. Full laundry facilities available with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and washing powder provided.
RATE INCLUSIONS, FEES & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates are inclusive of GST, premium linen and for a maximum of six guests. Two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed with prior arrangement and are charged at NZ$50 per person / per night (Maximum 8 guests). A departure clean fee of NZ$300 applies. Bookings of 7 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay clean including linen change. Minimum 3-night stay year-round, and 4 - 6 nights during peak periods.
• Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.
• A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
• Lake Esplanade Villa is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held.
• Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am as per Resource Consent.
• We are required to take a security bond pre-authorisation in the event of any damage to the property. The guest will be notified immediately should a charge need to be taken.
