Tastefully decorated throughout with the living room area upstairs with open plan living, dining and kitchen. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, tv and dvd player with large floor to ceiling windows providing an open and sunny feel.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking, a microwave and dishwasher. There is a central dining table and electric heating.
There are 3 upstairs bedrooms which consist of a main with queen bed, the second bedroom with queen bed and the third with 2 single beds. Also upstairs is the freshly renovated family bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The entry to laundry is downstairs on the side of the house.
Enjoy the sunshine on either of the 2 large separate decks which is perfect for those summer bbqs. The back deck has access to the lovely back yard with fire pit.
