Beautifully renovated in late 2024, this cleverly designed getaway features a split-level living area, well equipped kitchen and separate dining area. Two large bedrooms with built-in robes and queen beds (plus single pull out sofa bed in second bedroom). One has a secret ensuite! The other bathroom has a bath, walk in shower for two and a spacious laundry with all the mod cons.

Surrounded by native bush gardens, Number 1 @ Wimbie is a great place to kick back and relax. Escape the heat relaxing with a book in the shady back courtyard; soak up the sun listening to the waves on the front deck; or settle down for a coastal nap on one of the comfy couches. The townhouse is well-equipped with wi-fi, a smart TV, two Nespresso coffee machines (bring pods from home if you prefer Vertuo as not available locally), microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, heat pump dryer, gas barbecue and outdoor setting. It has parking for two cars at the front door.

Keep an eye out for dolphins as you take in the sunset walking from Wimbie to Denhams Beach. Catch a few waves at adjoining patrolled Surf Beach and pop over the sand dunes to get the newspaper, coffee, ice creams or fresh fish & chips.
If you are feeling a bit more energetic you can take a spectacular cliff top bush walk to beautiful Lilli Pilli beach and on to Mosquito Bay through the National Park south of Wimbie Beach.
Or jump in the car and explore nearby Batemans Bay and the popular village of Mogo.
