Positive: Location was great with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, hotels within a brief walk. There is an excellent restaurant on-site as well as a cafe. This is a recently developed hotel in an historic theatre building.The design is contemporary and there is an internal courtyard with a an overlooking bar, as well as a rooftop bar. We booked a medium room and it was large enough and comfortable for our 2 night stay. We made a last minute booking and were very happy we chose The Olympia.

Negative: Parking is noted in the Booking.com description but there is no parking on-site, a public carpark is about 7 mins. walk away. The tea and coffee supplies were a bit skimpy.

Summary: A great new hotel stay.
