With the stunning Coastal Walk only minutes away, and easy access to the famous Blow Hole and Lighthouse, you'll be spoilt for choice!
This home away from home features a bright, light-filled open-plan lounge and dining area leading onto the north-facing deck with glimpses of the sparkling sea and surrounded by a lush green setting. An 8-seater outdoor dining table and BBQ are available for your use on those beautiful summer evenings.
A fully-equipped kitchen opens into a small open-plan lounge area which has a sofa bed that easily converts into a very comfortable double bed. Two well-sized bedrooms, a study with a large desk ideal working from home or just catching up on your emails, and 2 separate bathrooms (one with bath) make this the perfect choice no matter what your family/friend group needs.
The downstairs laundry, with washing machine and tumble dryer is great for all those beach towels and wet bathers. There is a fire pit in the garden for relaxing around when you decide to stay in.
The lounge/dining area has air conditioning, and all other rooms are equipped with fans. Driveway parking for one car and plenty of additional parking available on the street.

Private access up a short flight of stairs to the front door. You'll have exclusive use of the entire top level of the house and the deck. The laundry is located at the bottom of an internal set of stairs. You're welcome to use the lovely back garden – it is shared with the tenant in the downstairs garden flat who has 2 small friendly dogs. She has her own separate entrance.
Other things to note:-
Small, well-mannered house-trained pets are welcome with pre-approval but please note that the fully enclosed back garden is shared. There is a lovely off-lead dog park nearby and plenty of walks to do with your furry friend.
