Kindly note there is one onsite car parking bay with our villa. Please do not park in the driveway itself. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor private courtyards only & with all doors/windows fully closed. Please don’t smoke inside or near open doorways (includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes/e-cigarettes, tobacco products). Please kindly ensure all evidence of smoking is removed/disposed of properly and not left in the courtyard, garden beds or common areas at checkout. Signs of smoking outside these policies will be treated as a breach of house rules. Extra cleaning/deodorising required due to smoking, will be charged to the booking guest. Sadly we can't have any pets in our villa. No parties/gatherings please & we ask guests to respect our neighbours with quiet hours of 10pm to 8am.
