Born from a desire for our two families to connect and our children to spend endless summers together, Dau Deulu is the perfect space for families and friends to come together to unwind, relax and catch up.
Dau Deulu is spread generously across two levels and sleeps 10 comfortably making it the perfect place for two families to take a much needed break together.
Upstairs:
Renovated at the beginning of 2023, the upstairs boasts stunning timber flooring throughout, modern new kitchen with induction cooktop and large, well-stocked step-in pantry and appliances like microwave, stovetop coffee maker and even bread maker.
This breezy, bright, open plan dining and living includes comfortable couches and a 55 inch smart TV - the perfect place to chill after a fun day at the beach. A large bookcase houses games and books for all ages where we happily encourage you to exchange in case you don’t quite make it to the end of the book!
Down the hall, enjoy two spacious queen rooms, one with front balcony access and work from home station, the other with sunny north facing orientation and room for a portacot for those with wee ones.
On this level, you’ll also find a brand new main bathroom with separate shower and bath is accessible to all with adjacent separate toilet.
Running the full width of the house, the front balcony offers ocean views between the trees and a place to sit and reflect or read quietly, away from the hustle of the kids.
Out the back, a sun-drenched deck awaits, with cushioned outdoor seating perfect for entertaining on those warm summer evenings.
Downstairs:
A large bunk room is kitted out with two bunks - one a double on the bottom and single on top and the other a single bunk with a pull-out trundle. You’ll also have access to another two mattresses should you need them. All up the room downstairs sleeps 6 comfortably and up to 8 guests if needed.
Another lounge with flat screen TV, vintage Wii console, table tennis and even more games and books make the perfect tween or teenage retreat.
A second bathroom including shower, separate toilet and washing machine is great for washing the sand off after a day at the beach.
A large fully enclosed backyard with BBQ makes the perfect blank canvas for the kids to play or for you to lie in the sun and have a nap.
