If you walk straight up Ashburner Street you'll find yourself at the harbour with its crystal clear calm waters and iconic Manly Wharf. • Please note the AC is only in the master bedroom and lounge room not in the second and third bedroom. Pedestal fans are provided in other bedrooms.
• Ashburner Street is a one way street.
• Amazing location and homely interiors, but the kitchen is a bit tired.
• The apartment shares a common stairwell and internal garage access with the other apartment.
• Comfortable interior which is why we have given the property 3 star rating. Its a solid, functional property in a great location, but not a luxury / 5 star experience.
• The ensuite bathroom connected to the master bedroom is average size.
