Located in a residential neighbourhood, there are strict policies which bind any reservation, and laid out in the House Rules: No parties, and noise levels must be considerate of neighbours.

They only monitor for excess levels of noise and do not record any types of sound or conversations and are in place to help ensure you also have a quiet and peaceful stay with us.

We love to get-to-know guests and their plans and needs prior to arrival, and meet you in person at check-in if time permits. Self check-in is also available. This is a residential property with no reception or concierge, and suited to the independent traveller.

Applecross is located centrally. It is a quiet, affluent family suburb. The Swan River is an easy 5 min walk, watch the dolphins and swans frollic in the water. There is easy access to the City, Fremantle, and a short walk to a great cafe strip on Ardross Street.

There is no car garage, all cars can be parked infront of the driveway or on the street.
