You will have access to the entire house. One double garage will be locked up.

Pets are more than welcome for an addition $100 pet fee, however, we ask that you please clean up after them thoroughly. This includes inside and outside areas. Please keep your pets off the furniture and especially off the beds. It can often be hard to get animal smells out of the sheets and we want to be able to keep offering pet availability to future guests with fresh linen.
Should these rules not be followed you will be charged an additional $200 cleaning fee.
Ilkley is a lovely little rural area incorporating Eudlo and Tanawha. It is at the base of Buderim which is only 10 mins away and there is a railway station in Eudlo which takes you to Brisbane. You have the convenience of Chancellor Park Shopping Centre and the Sunshine Coast University 10 minutes away. Ilkley is on a parallel with Mooloolaba and is only a 15 minute drive to the beach. The Ilkley/Eudlo community is very friendly and conservation conscious. The village of Eudlo has the"Sweethearts Cafe". Maroochy Botanical Gardens are 10 minutes away as well as the Tanawha Golf Club.
The best way to get around this area is having your own car. Buses and taxis are limited. The property is on elevated land and best to travel by car.
