Located in pretty Silverleaves it offers a peaceful location in a quiet court with a picturesque outlook and is just around the corner from the local cafe/General store. It is only a short 5 minute walk to the family friendly Silverleaves beach and Cowes public golf course and a 5 minute drive or a relaxing 25 minute beach walk to the Cowes main shopping area, making this house the perfect accommodation!
Consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan living area and a generous deck perfect for entertaining that overlooks the large, fully enclosed back yard ideal for children.
The property is pet friendly (by application only, conditions apply) so your small to medium four legged friend can come and enjoy the holidays with you, but must remain off of the furniture and must not go in any bedrooms.
Upstairs has a large childrens area with 2 single beds, tri bunk, tv/dvd and sitting area with a lovely view of the court and parkland, a new reverse cycle split system has been installed, there is a huge WIR and a large bathroom with shower & toilet and the ceiling fan will keep the kids lovely and cool on those hot summer days & nights and just outside the room is a quiet sitting area where they can curl up with a book and relax.
Downstairs has a lovely spacious open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and modern and comfortable furnishings with a tv/dvd & stereo. It has a large split system sufficient enough to heat/cool the entire house or just use the ceiling fans to create a lovely breeze. There are 2 separate bedrooms each with an inviting queen bed, a family bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet.
The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, iron/ironing board & vacuum cleaner.
