Queen sized luxury mattresses dressed with quality linen will guarantee you a good night's rest. The huge bathroom has plenty of counter space, a shower over bath and also includes a washing and drying machine combo nicely tucked away for your convenience. As the complex itself only contains a small number of apartments, a short walk up the staircase is required to reach Level 1 where the apartment is located.

We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
You will be provided with a digital guidebook detailing the check-in process and all of the additional features included in your accommodation.
As a self-contained apartment, keys are accessed through a contactless method from a lockbox on-site. Check-in is any time after 2pm and by following the directions in our guidebook, you are free to help yourself!
If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you a remote for access to the designated car parking located on the ground floor of the building for $15 per day. The parking within the building is limited so we may have to provide it off site, 100m up the road.

Please be aware that this apartment building complex is a mixed residential/student/short-term accommodation use building. Students, professionals, and guests like yourself reside in the building.
Kindly note that due to the apartment's central location, guests do experience noise at night. For light sleepers who are booking specifically Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays, please contact us for advise on which other apartment is available. We do provide earplugs to help.
All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
