Tin Can Bay is also popular for fishing so bring the boat or you can hire a one if you wish to go out and catch fish or mud crabs.

You can take your 4wd for a drive to the coloured sands, Inskip point & Fraser Island and right up to the lagoon at double island point. Great spot for a swim! Please check beach conditions before leaving. 4wd hire is also available. (permit may be required - please check with Queensland Parks before heading off)
