4 Bedroom House in Portland
Situated close to the city centre and beaches, Nettleton House can comfortably cater for groups as large as 9, as well as pets (conditions apply). In the main house two bedrooms each contain a queen-sized bed while the 3rd bedroom contains two single beds. The 4th bedroom has an ensuite, a TV, a queen size bed, a single bed and a small lounge area opening onto a deck. Please note that this room is only made available for bookings greater than 5 (An additional fee of $30 pp per night applies).
The house is well-equipped with plenty of kitchen appliances such as an automatic coffee machine, nutri-bullet and sandwich maker. The main bathroom contains a spa bath to soothe those aching muscles. There are plenty of books, games and DVDs to while away the time. Centrally heated, and with reverse cycle air conditioning in the living areas and three main bedrooms, tenants will be warm when it's cold and cool when it's hot.
There is garaging for cars and boats and plenty of parking space. Downstairs you will find a table tennis table and basketball ring. Also, there is a laundry with both a large washing machine and dryer. For the angler, there is a large deep freeze in which to keep the prize catch!
There is also a port-a-cot available upon request, and child-proof gate available for placement at the top of the outdoor stairs.
At the end of the street is the RSL bowling club where visitors can dine and the Portland Cable Tram, aquatic centre, library, botanic gardens, tennis courts and beach are a stone's throw away.
Please note... There are enough beds to sleep 9 people.
There is usually a resident koala in either the gum tree in the back yard or the big gum tree in the front yard.
