As parents of two young kids we noticed the shortage of purpose-built holiday homes for families. That’s why we created The Green, the home we wanted for our own holidays!
Fully fenced off playland incl. a cubby house, basketball ring, soccer goals, trampoline & sandpit - Hot tub on an infinity deck that outlooks the golf course.
Kids bedroom has heaps of space and their own TV.
Backyard runs onto the renowned 18-hole Championship golf course.

Here, you are a short walk to Waterlily Park with a tennis court, a short drive to Ocean Shores shopping center and right next door to Brunswick Heads, 10min to Mullumbimby, and 20min to bustling Byron Bay.

Ocean Shores club is only 5 minutes away and has a great pool for the whole family to enjoy and stunning beaches all around you from New Brighton, South Golden Beach & Brunswick Heads Main Beach.
Also please bring your own towels for the Hot Tub.

Any guests having a party or creating noise levels that disturb neighbor's - will be evicted with NO REFUND and your bond withheld.
BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS
Sound travels to the neighbor's easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no loud music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
Unfortunately noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbor's happy is of paramount importance.
