Stay chill in the pool, gather around the BBQ or the firepit in the expansive, fully-fenced yard. If you want a game of cricket, frisbee, or a place to run the dogs, the lockable rear gate opens to a large greenspace park and children's playground.
With two separate houses, and three separate lounge rooms, your family can relax and come together in communal spaces, and then spread out for some quiet time. It's convenient when kids want to watch cartoons, and adults prefer to watch grown-up TV in another lounge.
Enjoy the fabulous Byron lifestyle in a home where you can walk to the beach, the North Byron Hotel for morning breakfast or afternoon drinks and live music, the solar train, and a short stroll to the IGA supermarket, bakery and coffee shops.
If you tire of walking, there are half a dozen solar-lit bicycles for day or night use, and the bus runs right past the front door.
Almost everything you need is within a two-block radius of the #StayChill Mansion, and yet when the CBD pubs are partying, all you hear at night is the sound of the ocean.
This is our home and where we go to relax. We have coffee machines, blenders, fully-equipped kitchens and plenty of cooking and entertaining gear if you ever get sick of all the options for eating out.
