1. Noise: Kindly refrain from playing loud music or creating excessive noise after 10 pm. Please be considerate of our neighbors' peace and quiet.
2. Sand: As you return from the beach, there's a tap located on the side of the house. Prior to entering, we kindly request that you wash the sand off your feet.
3. Towels: To keep our house towels clean and fresh, we ask that you avoid using them for the beach.
4. Electricity: Help conserve energy by turning off lights, TV, and other appliances when not in use or when leaving the premises.
5. BBQ: Each apartment has its own Baby Weber BBQ. Please remember to clean the BBQ after use to maintain its condition. (Additional charges may apply for inadequate cleaning.)
6. Communal Laundry: The communal laundry is available for all White Waves guests. Please maintain its tidiness after each use and avoid leaving laundry in machines for extended periods, so others can utilize them.
7. Weather Warning: Due to the rapid arrival of storms along the coast, please close balcony doors and windows before leaving the property.
8. Check-In @ 2 PM / Check-Out @ 10 AM: While we endeavor to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, kindly arrange these in advance.
9. Cleaning: We appreciate your effort in leaving the house as clean as you found it. Please dispose of all rubbish in the designated outside bins. Wash, dry, and put away dishes, and ensure the fridge and microwave are clean.
10. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the property.
11. Animals: Regrettably, pets are not allowed on the property at any time.
