PLEASE NOTE: There is 1 master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with two double bunk beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed and a pull out single trundle bed underneath. The four downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom.
The five bedrooms accommodates 12 guests with the additional sofa bed in the downstairs TV room that sleeps two people, making it a total of 14 guests.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING & LAUNDRY SERVICE
We have collaborated with our cleaning and laundry team who follow our strict guidelines to make sure the cleaning of the home and linen is of a high standard and disinfect between stays so you can rest assured you will have a clean, worry-free stay.
We do require guests to have reviews from previous hosts when requesting to book.
We do not accept bookings from guests who are under 26 years of age or school leavers.
Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning of the BBQ, dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. after you have left. If the cleaning fee is more than the usual cost for cleaning the home, you will be charged the additional costs over & above the cleaning fee.
As this is luxury holiday rental, we do not allow parties, photoshoots or events because our neighbours are permanent residents and we respect their choice to live in this tranquil and peaceful location.
Failure to adhere to our quiet time rules will result in immediate eviction from the property.
Quiet time is between 9pm to 8am.
Reviews from previous hosts is preferred. Our home has been thoughtfully created with love and we ask that you be respectful and treat it with care as you would if it were your own.
CHECK-IN TIME: 3 pm onwards and we encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10am
We do not accept bookings on behalf of other people (e.g. your children).
We do not allow pets, smoking or vaping at the property or visitors to stay overnight.
PARKING: There is a parking bay available and a separate driveway for up to two cars.
