Located on the edge of the crystal blue ocean waters will you find this astonishing two storey, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront duplex. With outstanding ocean views & quiet surroundings, you can sit back and take in the unforgettable scenery of this property whilst watching the whales migrate past through from May to November.
Adding to the unique qualities of this property, positioned minutes away from the local skate park and beach patrolled access, general stores, Anna Bay Tavern and other take away and dine in restaurants.
This property sits right on the newly opened Tomaree Coastal Walk track stretching 27kms along Port Stephens beautiful beaches, bush tracks and Worimi Land heritage sites. This means you can walk right out you back door step and head along to the track to conquer as much or as little as you feel.
Accommodating eight guests throughout three bedrooms; main and second bedroom each with queen beds and the third bedroom has a queen & a bunk bed. Linen is available at this property - Just bring your beach towels!
Being the gateway to the spectacular Stockton Bight Sand Dunes in the Worimi Conservation Lands, Anna Bay is ideal for outdoor adventures. While the giant sand dunes are the star attraction, you can also enjoy beach fishing, surfing and exploring rock pools in this relaxed surf village in the Port Stephens area. There are many ways to explore the great dune area, take a relaxing camel or horse ride along the shoreline or cruise around in 4WD, climb to the top of the dunes to slide down the slope on a sandboard.
Anna Bay is home to two great surf beaches: the patrolled Birubi Beach and One Mile Beach. Beginners can take a lesson with Port Stephens Surf School, while there are plenty of solid breaks to entertain more experienced surfers. There are also pretty rock pools to explore around Anna Bay. The whole family will love getting up close to marine life at Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounters where you can feed, pet or snorkel with animals in a shallow lagoon. Unpatrolled Fishermans Bay and Boat Harbour are great for snorkelling with a rocky reef that draws lots of marine life, including wrasse, bream, morwong, black rock cod and even sea turtles. This stretch of coastline is also a great location for viewing humpback whales on their migration along the NSW North Coast during May and November.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.
