This unique, rotating cottage rental is located in Caffrey's Flat, New South Wales, and accommodates 16 guests comfortably. There are five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bathroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. This modern bathroom features a vanity, shower, and deep bathtub. The second and third bedrooms have a king-size bed and a full-size sleeper sofa in each. Doubling as the office and study, the fourth bedroom has a full-size sleeper sofa. The fifth bedroom is located in the fantastic observatory with 360-degree views and offers a full-size sleeper sofa where guests can lie down and watch the stars. Linens and towels are provided, as well as other essentials, such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. The central living area has an open floor plan with windows from every angle, allowing sunlight to come pouring through. There are three lounge areas, one with a wood-burning stove to keep the retreat nice and toasty during chilly nights. The second floor offers an observatory with 360-degree views of the farmlands rolling hills and has a lounge area with a leather sleeper sofa and cocktail table. For both music lovers and musicians, there is a room with a piano and library where guests can practice or escape into a great novel. In the library, guests will find DVDs and board games for a family game night. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all necessary appliances for cooking gourmet meals, including a total of three refrigerators with freezers, a microwave, a dishwasher, an ice machine, and filtered water. Guests can gather for formal meals at an extended dining table for brunches or dinners. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, central heating, and Wi-Fi internet with a laptop-friendly desk and comfortable chair for guests needing to accomplish some light work.
