The water views are breathtaking, uninterrupted and endless. The large stacking deck windows open completely to the huge sundeck, making for great marine wildlife watching, having your morning Nespresso, or passing the day relaxing with a good book. Lazing on the beach, long walks and fossicking are another favourite activity. There are endless choices to feast on the fresh and simply amazing local food offered on this special Island.
Alchemy is a contemporary beach house with modern style furnishings, an absolute seafront location and spectacular 180 degree views. Only 50 steps from deck to the safe swimming beach with its beautiful soft white sand, so close you can laze on the deck and watch and hear your children playing on the beach!! Uniquely situated as one of the very few beach houses with no road in front!!
Enjoy over 2kms of beach for leisurely walks and perfect swimming. Great fishing, with King George Whiting being the catch of the day.
Barbeque, market umbrella and comfortable teak outdoor furniture makes your sundeck the centre of relaxation!
A fish cleaning station is provided to clean your catch and the pelicans are always waiting on the beach to eat the leftovers!

A slow burning combustion heater keeps the rooms cozy and toasty warm in the cooler months, and ceiling fans cool the room perfectly in summer. Space heaters are provided in the main bedrooms.
Fabulous professional Kangaroo Island landscape photography is shown throughout Alchemy, as well as beautiful paintings from talented South Australian artist, Sally Hayne and local pieces of art dot the walls throughout.
The Bedrooms and added features
The master bedroom features magnificent views with a luxurious queen-sized bed with designer bedding and designer pendant light. The sliding doors onto the deck is a delightful feature. The ensuite has a shower with beautiful pendant lighting.
Second luxurious queen-sized bedroom boasts the same bedding, designer pendant light, and also features sliding doors to a private deck area.
The third bedroom has a Hi-Lo timber bunk with safe railings, and a single bed.
There is a second bathroom complete with shower and a bathtub.
Comfy doonas and pillows are provided, and the linen is modern and fine quality.
Children's gear include port-o-cot, high chair, change pad and small table and chairs.
