Alfie's is a delightful one bedroom cottage set in a pretty spot down a leafy lane in Coorabell. Set on a 10 acre property well away from the main house, it is peaceful and private and enjoys a lovely view over the garden to the tree-studded valley beyond.
Coorabell is a wonderfully convenient location for your hinterland break. All that this special area has to offer is within a short drive: the delightful villages of Federal and Bangalow; Byron Bay with its fabulous beaches, shops & restaurants; Mullumbimby with its rural-town feel and growing number of fantastic eateries and eclectic shops; great country cafes in idyllic locations; farmers' markets; antique shops and list goes on!
Sleep in comfort in your king-size bed and wake up to the sound of the birds.
Enjoy a glass of wine watching a beautiful sunset from your private deck.
Spend lazy days meandering through winding country lanes taking in breathtaking views and stopping for coffee or lunch at a hidden-away cafe.
Snuggle up on the comfy sofa and enjoy listening to music or watching a simply gazing out at the view.
There is a wonderful range of dining options within a 10 minute drive, or if you prefer to stock up on great produce from one of the local farmers' markets and eat in, Alfie's is equipped with a small kitchenette* and a BBQ.
Tea, coffee & milk are provided.
Your well-behaved small canine companion is welcome! (Please note: the cottage is not fenced off and some conditions apply: mainly that you are never to leave your dog alone in the cottage).
*The kitchenette contains: kettle, toaster, mini oven, rice cooker, electric wok and plug-in double electric plates.
We request a minimum 2 night stay, 5 nights during peak periods.
Alfie's is perfect for a short stay, but as it has a kitchenette, bar fridge and no laundry, it is not suitable for longer stays.

Tucked away behind the owners home but completely private with a wonderful lawn and tree fringed perimeter this was the perfect place for me to replenish a weary soul! Half way between Byron Bay and Bangalow as well as the other lovely hinterland towns I really enjoyed waking each morning to the sound of birds and the rustle of the trees. The accommodation I could not fault. Everything was absolutely spotlessly clean and Susie has thought of every small thing you may need as a traveller. The most comfortable bed ever. Susie and Mick are the kindest couple - even bringing me cake on my last evening! They made my dogs feel very welcome and we loved the visits from Gus and Maisie! There was lots of room to spread out and relax with good information on things to do in the area. I will return in a heartbeat."
