The outdoor entertaining area is accessible through no less than 3 exits from the main living area. A large timber deck with clear glass windscreens and balustrades ensure an unbroken view of the river and beyond. An original limestone wall surrounds the enclosed courtyard setback from the cantilevered deck.
The property's garden is multileveled.
A short decent down the first staircase brings you to the private intermediate level featuring a wind sheltered fire pit. Imagine yourself here on a winters day enjoying the view across the river over a chat and warming beverage.
The second staircase leads you to the glorious riverbank with shared grassed areas and shady spots. The elevated timber decks provide comfortable seating and a platform for picnics and fishing or for you to just soak up the sun and take in the sights from the waters edge.
When day is done you'll be treated to a spectacular display as the sun sets over the river adorning the sky with hues of reds, orange, pinks, purple and greys.
A clear night brings a brilliant star studded sky for the enjoyment of romantics and astronomers alike.
Bird lovers be delighted with the sightings and sounds of the abundant bird life. Whistling Kites nesting in the treetops can be observed at eyelevel from the home's deck. Pelicans hover on thermals over the river and swans, ducks, water hens, cormorants, ibis, darts to name just a few are seen paddling, flying or feeding near by.

All Seasons River Retreat is a riverfront home located on the Murray River just an hours drive on the South Eastern Freeway in the township of Tailem Bend.
The town has all the essential services you need. There is a supermarket, butcher, chemist, newsagency, post office, bank and more. Don't feel like cooking, then eat out at one of the many eateries, pubs and bakery where you can be served breakfast, lunch, dinner or just coffee.
