A Bluray Dvd player is also provided for your entertainment needs. A remote controlled air conditioner is provided for your convenience in this main living / dining area.
This main living are also opens up onto the front veranda where you can sit and chat over coffee or a glass of cold chardonnay while some steaks sizzle on the Bbq.
Car parking at Allure Apartment includes a double lock up garage with quiet rear lane access plus extra parking within the secure compound at the rear of the property. There is also plenty of on street parking out the front of the property.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.
50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the Bbq is left unclean after use.
