Our amazing lakeside house has lake views and our own 12.6m concrete pool for you to enjoy and relax in. This great family home has multiple indoor and outdoor living areas to soak up the views and enjoy time with the family. Our front balcony has a large table and chairs for al fresco dining. We have 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
We are conveniently located 90m to the lake (with access) & 700m to Toronto CBD, and just 10 mins from M1 and Fassifern station.

Our property is a spacious 4 Bedroom / 2.5 Bathroom you'll enjoy the convenience of being close to the lake, 1- 4 min drive to restaurants, and 1 min drive to Toronto Foreshore Playground
• LIVING ROOM •
Get ready to be blown away by the stunning view from our living room, located on the top floor alongside our kitchen and dining area. Which means you can take pleasure in an amazing view while unwinding.
• KITCHEN / DINNING AREA •
Our kitchen is fully equipped and in addition to the regular dining area inside the property, you can also enjoy your meal at our outdoor balcony dining area.
• THE BEDROOM •
When it's time to rest, you will find a comfortable bed to ensure a good night's sleep.
Three of our bedrooms have large built-in robes & ceiling fans, with 2 featuring air-conditioning.
The fourth bedroom is on the entrance level with a fan, sofa and desk area with views of the pool.
Our property has two bathrooms one with a separate toilet.
We have solar electricity, solar hot water, a washing machine & surveillance system on the outside.

‣ The garage is locked and not for use by guests but there is a double driveway and loads of street parking right outside the house.
‣ We are not on site but just reach out via messaging, text or phone to ask any question about the property and the area.
