Positive: The location of our room appeared a little odd to start with. It was right next door to the Asian Restaurant. But we soon realised it was very close to everywhere, and eventually enjoyed the close proximity to the restaurants, reception and bars. Having said that, the hotel was beautiful and we would visit again. The beds were very comfortable and towels got changed daily. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and there was always plenty to eat. Everything was easily located even though the resort was very large. We didn't use the pool much as the sea was so close but we could easily have used either. The hotel was quiet but had evening entertainment. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family.

Negative: The balcony, although large, was shared with the next door room which was a little odd and meant we didn't use it much. It was also located right outside the Asian restaurant which didn't give much privacy. Finally, it was advertised as a sea room but this was a little far fetched as we could only just see the sea. For a 5 star hotel, I would have expected USB sockets for phone charging in the rooms.
