Positive: The location was excellent as the tram stop was directly out the front. The second apt was clean and worked great for us.

Negative: The first unit was way too small and we had to change to a bigger apt which the staff looked after us just like we wanted.

Summary: A great place to get around Melbourne and not be in the busy part of the city.
