Located in the center of town, nestled in the wooded acreage of the Mountain View neighborhood, this property features a stunning view of the woods, a pergola covered patio with grill, an open floor plan, & a beautiful state of the art kitchen. With it's new cedar siding, this "mountain" modern is sure to offer the perfect dose of "zen" that you might be needing. Our home is 4bed/3bath, plus a nursery off the master bedroom, perfect for your little one, or an air mattress on the floor for kiddos. The home will sleep 10-12 people (queen air mattress for 11-12). Conveniently located 12-15 min to downtown Waco, The Magnolia Silos & Baylor, with HEB & Target up the street, you can't beat this location. When picking a home in which to stay, the neighborhood is very important for safety. This home is in a great neighborhood and we have never been afraid to go outside or take walks, even at night.
