The area has a village-like atmosphere, 150m from the beach, with boutique shops and cafes around the corner. Train & bus stops with routes to Thirroul, Sydney and Wollongong are just around the corner on Moore Street.
Stunning beaches are within a short walk with options for ocean pools, bushwalks and bike paths.
* There's also off-street parking and an external power point if you want to charge your EV at no extra charge.
* The front door unlocks with a digital code so there is no need to fuss around with keys.
* Upstairs The Loft offers a comfortable thick mattress queen bed, Netflix, wifi, a coffee machine and full kitchen. Downstairs you will find the bathroom, shower and washing machine.
* The garage below is used for storage and do access it from time to time, however, this has it's own separate entry.
* The apartment is a self-contained and private.
