For those who know Avoca Beach, the `rockpool end` is the prime area on the beach to be staying. This absolute beachfront house looks directly at the rockpool and is a
stone`s throw from the popular Surf Club.

All three main bedrooms have king beds. The master bedroom has a dressing room with wardrobe, bedroom and ensuite. The children`s retreat has two sets of low bunks
(recommended for kids but still full size single suitable for adults).
There are three bathrooms, one with a bathtub as well. Plus an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a surf.
The kitchen overlooks the dining area, patio and beach, with bench and barstools. The dining room looks over the patio (with included BBQ) to beautiful beach views. The dining
table seats 10.
The lounge room has 2 and 3 seater sofas, a coffee table, bookcase, TV with a DVD player.
Sunroom/lockable verandah with uninterrupted beach views, outdoor sofa. The patio with outdoor bar (seats 6) and Weber BBQ
Laundry with sink, washing machine and dryer.
Please note: Owner may reside at the rear garage/studio, that is separate to the guests house. Holiday guests will have full use of the driveway and access to the beach.
