Summary: Room is nice and was clean. Staff friendly on check in. We had late check out arranged however staff made an error and our room was entered by cleaners early while at breakfast & stripped. When we returned to the room we alerted them we had not checked out. As a result a personal photo was removed from the room & 2 pairs of earings missing which they refuse to accept responsibility for. As compensation they offered a mid week stay which we cant use due to work or a free dinner which would be a 2 hour drive.. both very unreasonable considering the situation & personal loss. They refuse to offer a weekend stay to replace the night we actually paid for and nothing for the lost earings. Very very poor customer care.
