Built in 1930, this Californian Bungalow is a solid stone home, that welcomes you from the moment you open the front door. A central hall, complete with timber fretwork, will take you back in time, without compromising on modern convenience.

The house has four (4) double bedrooms, one with the addition of a single bunk bed, two (2) toilets, one (1) large bathroom, modern kitchen, and a large dining area that overlooks the river and patio.
