Relax and unwind with the family in this peaceful and inviting home, located within a few minutes walk of the beach, walking tracks and shops. This high quality home boasts a large garden and outdoor dining, two living areas, dining area and kitchen island, or enjoy the big backyard while dining al fresco. Stroll to the beach (7 min walk) for glorious sun rises or reflected sunsets. Bateau Bay beach is a hidden gem, you won't have to fight for your own piece of sand! Don't forget to take in the views from a stroll up to Crackneck lookout. Round out the day with a BBQ, refreshing shower and fluffy white towels, then curl up in bed made with luxurious cotton sheets. Wake refreshed and repeat. Enjoy!
The Space:
Please note, the 3rd and 4th bedrooms are equipped with a single bed and a trundle bed (suitable for children), please see photos. We have four beautifully decorated bedrooms, two living areas (each with a TV), two bathrooms (and separate toilet). The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. Please also help yourself to the cooking oils, seasonings, etc. We have tried to supply all the incidentals you might need. Full laundry is also right there for you to use.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to whole house, except for the garage and a few locked cupboards inside.
The Neighborhood:
Bateau (French for Boat) Bay is about 6 km of The Entrance. Bateau Bay Beach provides access to Crackneck Point, which is a popular local surfing spot and lookout (about 100 metres above sea level) is a short distance from the beach. It provides glorious views of The Entrance and southerly towards Sydney.
This charming coastal village of Bateau Bay is best known for its fishing and range of outdoor adventures, including swimming, snorkelling, bushwalking, hang gliding and whale watching. In this secluded spot between two headlands find your patch of sun-kissed sand and roll out a towel.
Getting Around:
Local shops are 1 minute walk away and you will be on the beach after a seven minute walk. The local cafes make a mean cappuccino, and the food won't disappoint either!
There are buses close by, that will take you to Bay Village (Shopping Centre), The Entrance or Gosford. There is easy access to many locations without needing a car. But if you want to explore all the delights of the Central Coast, then a car opens up a range of other exciting options.
