Downstairs has several spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom.
All 4 bedrooms and a large wrap around balcony on the second floor. 2 bedrooms are serviced by r/c aircons. The upstairs bathroom has a shower over the bathtub and a toilet. The upstairs windows have recently been tinted to make the sitting area more pleasant or play on the new foosball table.
Enclosed and gated front yard with a grassy area and gas BBQ out the back with 2x 6-seater table & chair settings. A couple of pushbikes and helmets can be found in the garage... (Please use at your own risk and watch children at all times.)
If laundry must be done on holidays, there is a washing machine in the laundry and a line out the back.
Park your vehicle securely in the garage.
Sleeps up to 6 adults (+ 2 children) maximum in 5 beds.
