Positive: Free parking for accessible parking permit holders right at the front door, either under cover or outside. Very much appreciated! The room was brand new, very clean and beautifully appointed. Amazing to have access to a tip kettle - never had this supplied in an accessible hotel room before, so this was a lovely surprise. Room service was exceptional. Very fast, very fresh and very delicious (ordered child size pizza). Not too pricey either at $12. Nice and close to the docks for Spirit sailings with lovely bay views, although not from my room (wheelchair accessible)

Negative: Check in was crazy - there is no obvious reception desk, in a large open space there is just a casual table with laptop, no signs to indicate this is where to go. Staff are wandering around rather than situated at the desk. When I was finally attended to, the staff member had to go to the "back office" several times to check my details on the computer. Was not shown where my room was, & when I asked, I was given incorrect directions. Signage is very poor - either badly designed or lacking altogether. As a weary traveller (and disabled) this makes things so much harder. Stop trying to be bougie. Such a shame as this tainted the experience at a very beautiful hotel, the cleanest one I've ever stayed in! The soaps & lotions supplied in the bathroom were all very masculine in scent, quite woody. Not a huge issue obviously, but would prefer a more neutral scent such as a botanical. The bedside lights were very dim, so if reading in bed need to use the big light, which is not ideal. As a wheelchair user this means getting up and down a fair bit. The bed is really high which made transfers tricky. No mini bar at all - no snacks or drinks in the room to purchase except free tea & coffee. Would stay here again now that I'm aware of these issues though.
