This wonderful elevated 3 bedroom townhouse is walking distance to the beach, General Store Cafe and new Wood Fired Pizza Eatery as well as the Tennis Courts and Bowls Club.
Ground level has 2 living areas, both with TV's, a well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, Aldi coffee machine (Expressi pods), dishwasher and microwave which links to the meals area. The front lounge has loads of seating and has aircon - there is gas ducted heating throughout. There is a powder room and laundry with a washing machine (no dryer) which leads to the external clothesline.
The bedrooms are all upstairs - the main has a queen bed, TV, aircon and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen with a Juliette balcony and a glimpse of the ocean while the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a set of children's bunks (not suitable for adults). The main bathroom has a separate shower, bath, vanity and toilet.
A separate driveway provides access to a single lock up garage and a designated car space allows for great car parking. Located on the main road into Queenscliff, central to most amenities and close to the beach but there is a little road noise.
