From this stunning property you walk straight on to Warana Beach, looking north to Point Cartwright and Noosa beyond and or south all the way to Caloundra.

The property has driveway parking for 2 cars behind a large security gate and boundary fence. There is also additional street parking if needed. There is no guest access to the garage. More than enough parking for all of your family or group.
Air-conditioning
The house is air-conditioned throughout upstairs. So either choose the cooling ocean breezes, or air-conditioning for your comfort and enjoyment
Access
The keys can be gained through an on site lock box. The code for this will be sent to you prior to your visit.
This is a very large, impressive house with multiple areas for you to use and enjoy:

Kitchen
The kitchen is upstairs and is modern and has all appliances and fittings. This includes fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and all other items that you may need.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, instant coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
Fireplace
The upstairs lounge area has a free standing wood heater. Not only does this warm up this area, but you cant beat having a wood fire flickering in the corner. Please note it is BYO Wood ( most local service stations sell a wood pack that is suitable to use)
Pool / Spa
The property has both a glistening salt water pool and a spa. Neither are heated, but are on the north side of the house allowing them to heat up quickly.
Laundry
The laundry has both a washing machine and clothes dryer and a clothes line outside, to dry your clothes with the cooling sea breezes.
Internet
We have free NBN internet access for you to use and enjoy. The details for this will be sent to you when you book.
