This modern beachhouse overlooks Racecourse Beach in Ulladulla, just 2.5 hours south of Sydney. Milton and Mollymook are just minutes away.
The deck is simply incredible and wraps around the house, with comfortable lounges, sunloungers, and dining table--and don't forget the BBQ!
Inside, you have modern kitchen, with oven, induction stove, dishwasher, and all modern conveniences. The entire house is modern and newly renovated. The downstairs master bedroom retreat has ocean views, and a full bathroom, with a king-size bed. There is also a small rumpus downstairs with a futon. Upstairs are a queen bedroom with ensuite, a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, and a bedroom with twin beds. There is also another full bathroom with a large bathtub. There are all modern laundry conveniences including washing machine and dryer.
The beachhouse sleeps up to 10 people, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and beautifully decorated living areas. We provide sheets, bath and beach towels. All you need to bring is your swimmers!
