The colours of this home highlight the location, with water virtually surrounding this property. Beach access is directly across the road and the Swansea Channel only a a short stroll away. You will be spoilt for choice as to what you want to do first!
Featuring two bedrooms this home can comfortable sleep up to 5 guests. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the second bedroom includes a tri-bunk (double bed on the bottom and single bed on top).
The kitchen is modern with European appliances and includes a stainless steel fridge as well as all the facilities needed for your home away from home. The dining table is situated close to the kitchen to make entertaining easy. This area is also air conditioned for your comfort.
The bathroom features a bath, shower and vanity with flick master tap and laundry facilities are situated at the rear of the property.
