This area flows out to the entertaining area where you can enjoy a Barbeque at the outdoor dining table, or walk directly out your gate to take a dip in the swimming pool. The property also includes a women's bike for your convenience, enjoy riding along the beach path or leave the car at home when you head into town.
The kitchen is completely equipped with all cookware, crockery, glassware, dishwasher, electric cooktop, oven, fridge with water dispenser and ice maker. Delonghi coffee pod machine included- compatible with Nespresso pods (BYO).
There is also a powder room on the ground floor for your convenience.
