Beachwood is a relaxed holiday home just a short walk through the sand dunes to the stunning Goolwa surf beach.
Families can enjoy time together bike riding to Middleton along the bike trail from the house, swimming, boogie boarding, beach walks, cockling ( in season) or brunch at Kuti Shack on the beach front or perhaps any of the cafes on offer by the river.
Goolwa has so much to offer between the beach, the lakes and the Coorong
The Space:
A substantial home on approx 700sqm of land offering fully fenced rear yard for the dogs and a large rear deck for entertaining.
The house itself features exceptional open family living, kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, dining area, 4 large bedrooms , master with King bed and ensuite, two other bedrooms with Queen beds and a fourth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds.
There is a three way bathroom that services these three bedrooms with separate toilet and vanity.
Separate laundry, easy care timber laminate flooring and reverse cycle air conditioning.
All bed linen and bath towels are included. Please being your own beach towels.
NO smoking anywhere at the property.
A $75 pet fee applies if bringing your dog/s
