Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I liked the keypad entry. Nice out of town but no views.

Negative: We washed clothes Tuesday night and come to find out our dryer did not work. We called Wednesday morning and reported it. The operator that answered the phone was rude and said well you'll have to wait until tomorrow until I can submit your request for someone to come out and look. On Thursday Morning maintenance came out for a total of 30 seconds and said yeah, its broke we have to see if we have the part. They left and we never heard anything after that. We were very upset because from Tuesday Night until Sunday we had no clothes to wear. Daily we had to go out to buy something to wear. It's ridiculous that they advertise washer and dryer, and they don't work and no urgency to get it fixed, cost us a lot of extra money that was unnecessary to spend.
