The downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed. The home has a large open concept living area with a fully-equipped kitchen with an island/breakfast bar, 6 seat dining table and plenty of seating in the living room. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. Backyard has an outdoor kitchen with an entertaining area. This home does have off street parking for 1-2 cars. You're only 5 minutes away from the Superdome, 5 minutes away from the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street, 5 minutes away from the Fairgrounds for Jazz Fest and 10 minutes away from City Park to attend the Voodoo Festival! **IMPORTANT** - Strict city regulations limit permitted uses of short term rentals. Parties are NOT permitted at the home. Please note that we have a noise policy. All outside entertainment must be finalized by 10pm. Noise monitors and cameras are are located on the exterior of property and will alert us if noise gets to a certain level. Our quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
