This modern, comfortable townhome was recently purchased and has all new furnishings, towels, linens, and kitchen set-up. With sleeping accommodations for up to eight people, large families or groups of friends can enjoy the great fishing on Lake Calcasieu. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the secondary bedrooms each have a twin bunk over a standard double bed. There is a boat slip with a lift for use by the guests, and a fish cleaning station. Parking for up to four vehicles directly under the house. Common area for grilling and socializing. The unit has an ice maker with a 100 pound capacity per day and a gas grill for grilling those fish you caught today! Additionally, there is free wifi, and check out/in times may be negotiated depending on the day of check out/in.
Please respect other owners property and stay within the boundaries of our unit. Common areas are fine, however, please do not use other parking spaces, or private grills, or private property. The cargo lifts are private property of the owners association and are not available for renters use. Also, please do not put anything down the toilets except toilet paper. Wipes or feminine hygiene products are not to be flushed down the toilet. We are on a septic system and it cannot handle these products.
In the event there are damages to the property during your stay, these will be assessed by the property managers and fees may be charged to your credit card.
