Beautiful fully self contained country cottage approximately 10 minutes drive to the delightful town of Berry, and approximately 20 minutes drive to Kangaroo Valley and Seven mile beach. Set in the grounds of Broughton Ridge a stunning 32 acre property with magical views.
The cottage is fully self contained with a separate bathroom ( with bath and over bath shower) kitchen with fridge, cooker, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave.
We have a TV with free to air channels.
We have a woodburner for the colder months.
We also have reverse cycle airconditioning.
There's a gas bbq for cooking on the lovely deck.
Please note we don't have wifi but there is Telstra mobile coverage in the valley.
