This spacious comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has two living areas. Grab a towel and walk across the road to the stunning Prevelly Beach. It's dog friendly too.
The Space:
Comfortable beds, quality furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Bella Beach House is a well-provisioned house in a superb location across the road from Prevelly Beach and world famous surf breaks. The house sleeps 8.
This is a big spacious house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms has two living areas. Set on a quarter acre block, there's plenty of room inside and out for a comfortable stay.
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with ensuite. There are two twin bedrooms (that can be made into king beds upon request) and another Queen bedroom, all with wardrobes/hanging space.
The hub of the house is the kitchen/dining area that has a large eight-seater dining setting. Relax in the separate lounge room with big screen TV and DVD player. Bella Beach House is connected to NBN (fast WiFi) and guests have use of an Apple TV so you can mirror from your own Apple device or relax and enjoy Netflix ‘on us’.
Outside, there's a top of the range Weber Q and an outdoor setting for eight. There is ample off-street parking on the gravel driveway.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.
Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
Linen: linen is included in your stay. Please let us know prior to arrival your preferred bedding configuration for your group so we can make up the beds with fresh linen for your stay.
Pets: the house is ‘Pet Friendly’ and we love small furry friends :) Small dogs are permitted to stay, however large dogs are by request. A Maximum of 2 dogs allowed at any one time. The yard is fully fenced. All dogs must be kept off furniture/beds. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog along, at the time of booking.
