The main living and kitchen areas are also located upstairs. The living areas have substantial double-glazed windows to appreciate the stunning uninterrupted bay views. The spacious kitchen with stone benchtops and a butler's pantry also allows the family's chef to enjoy the spectacular views—a gas-operated pizza oven.
Downstairs, there are a further two queen-sized bedrooms with a central bathroom. The house has ducted refrigerated cooling and ducted heating, making it comfortable all year round.
